WHAT YOU GET
💥 Unlimited group fitness classes (1x per day) for 28 days
Show up when you can. Morning before work, evening after dinner, or somewhere in between. There are ~50 classes per week to choose from.
💥 Optional Welcome Workout (your first week)
This is your “get your bearings” class. Meet the challenge coach, Sally, see how everything works, and realize pretty quickly… you’re not the only one starting a little out of shape.

💥 A Spring season recipe book that doesn’t expect you to become a chef overnight
Quick bowls, a simple smoothie, and a delicious dessert. The kind of food you can actually make when you’re tired and everyone’s asking what’s for dinner.
💥 Extra challenges (for fun, not punishment)
Little nudges to keep things interesting when motivation dips. Do them, skip them, laugh at them—it all counts. Bonus prizes if you’re into that.
💥 A dedicated challenge coach
Sally, our club manager, will be with you every step of the way. Checking in with you weekly, setting the challenges, and monitoring how you’re doing behind-the-scenes.
💥 Optional 15-minute check-ins (when you need a boost)
Just a quick chat to help you stay on track, talk through a rough week, or whatever’s on your mind. 😀
This isn’t an intimidating, life overhaul-type challenge. It’s more of a "Here's what we offer; now pick what works best for you" type of challenge.
You don’t have to attend 4-5 classes per week; maybe you can manage 2-3. You can do all of the extra, fun challenges or just a few. You can make everything in the recipe book or pick a few dishes that work for your kitchen and life.
Yes, as cheesy as it sounds, the challenge part is against yourself, not anybody else.
WHAT THIS CHALLENGE IS NOT…
…a quick, miraculous cure. Habit change takes time, especially if you haven’t been active for months. This challenge is a kick-starter, a reset that will lead to greater things.
…led by drill sergeants. Our approach to fitness is caring and cerebral. That doesn’t mean it’s easy and we’ll let you off the hook, but your life might already be stressful enough without being spat on and shouted at. Our members and instructors are aged 35-40+ with young kids, so there’s a maturity and plenty of life experience to reflect that.
…just classes. There’s additional support and fun accountability challenges that you are expected to take part in. If you don’t need that support or feel you can’t fit anything extra in, then you should consider doing the 14 days for $49 special instead. It’s still a great intro to BOMB.
