What does Bomb personal training look like?

First off, we recommend you do the 3 session personal training introduction. It’s heavily discounted and comes with no long-term commitment and a satisfaction guarantee (or whatever cheesy name it’s called now 😀). The only risk is your time.

During the first 3 sessions, we take information from your intake form (completed by you upon sign-up) to create a flexible first session. For example, if you want to lose weight and build muscle, we'd take that into account, as well as anything that bothers you—like a dodgy shoulder or knee.

We’ll also look at your movement as you go through the session, and you can discuss your goals further, which is why we say things are "flexible." Everything is just theory until we can get our eyes on you to see how things go.

For most goals, usually the first few sessions are to get your muscular endurance up. Whether it's to lose fat or gain muscle, you need to be able to do more than a few reps of something before doing anything else. We then build a plan from there.
