During this 15-minute call, we’ll flesh out your goals—even if it’s just to get moving again—and give you some advice on how to overcome the biggest barrier that’s stopping you from reaching that goal. We’ll also go over any logistics or questions you have about the gym, our safety protocols during COVID, what was inside the Pulp Fiction briefcase, what Bill Murray said to Scarlett Johansson at the end of Lost in Translation, or anything else you want to know.

Then, if you wish to sign up for any of our 4-week, no-commitment trials, we can set that up and plan a course of action for your first month at BOMB, answering any questions or apprehensions you may have.

This is not a snake oil sales call. We’re not going to strap you to a chair, throw cotton buds between your eyelids, and get you to watch Peppa Pig on repeat until you sign up. In fact, you can sign up for your introductory membership before we chat.

We may not take ourselves too seriously, but we do take you and your results seriously, so we want to set you up for success. By creating some type of plan with you, we can have a clearer sense of how to get you to where you want to be.
