MEMBERSHIP HOLD

Use this form to add a temporary hold to your membership. Please give us up to 48 hours to confirm.

  • If you wish to put your membership on hold for a medical reason, please email Sally instead - sally@bombfitness.ca

  • Holds can be up to a maximum of 4 weeks.

  • You get one complimentary hold (up to 4 weeks) once every 6 months. Further holds come with a $25+HST administration fee and will be automatically charged to your card on file.


Bring a GUEST Request

(For old school unlimited and Ignite members only)

  • Please give us at least 2 days notice (3 days for a Monday class request).

  • Once you submit the form, we will email you and your guest to confirm the reservation.

  • Your guest will get set up with a BOMB account and they must sign the online waiver before arriving to class (login details will be emailed to them).

  • If your guest can no longer make it, please email info@bombfitness.ca to let us know.

  • You can bring a guest once per calendar month.


membership cancellation

Use this form to cancel your current BOMB membership. Please give us up to 48 hours to confirm.

  • We require 28 days notice to cancel your membership.

  • If your next membership payment is due within the next 28 days, it will be withdrawn as normal and your membership will be cancelled at the end of that 4-week period.

How to Get Receipts - DESKTOP (BEST WAY)

** If you are trying to get receipts for your kid’s after school program or camps, make sure you are in your own parent profile, as the payments are withdrawn from your card. **
