what to expect at a strategy session

During this 30 minute session we’ll flesh out your goals - even if it’s just to get moving again - and give you some advice on how to overcome the biggest barrier that might stop you reaching that goal.

We'll then lead you through a quick movement session, take your weight and measurements (optional) and then plan a course of attack for your first month at BOMB - answering any questions you may have.

This is not a snake oil sales session. We’re not going to strap you to a chair, throw cotton buds between your eyelids and get you to watch Peppa Pig on repeat until you sign that membership form. (In fact, you can sign up for your introductory membership before you even attend this session).

We may not take ourselves too seriously but we do take you and your results seriously, so we want to set you up for success. And by creating some type of plan with you then we can have a clearer sense of how to get you to where you want to be.
