CARDIO CONDITIONING

A class focused on getting (and keeping) your heart-rate high and your sweat dripping. This class is higher rep/more cardio intensive, with low impact options available.

GEt strong

This weight and resistance-based class focuses on putting your muscles under increasing tension from class-to-class, week-to-week so that you become a strong, badass member of society.

BOOTCAMP

A fun and creative full-body workout circuit using the Strider, TRX, Bosu, Weights, Kettlebells and Medicine Balls and more. Buzzcuts optional.

YOGA / PILATES

Yoga classes come in Hatha and Restorative styles while our Pilates classes with Melissa are all mat-based with plenty of attitude to go along with your core workout.

Once you’ve got your groove on Stella, the following classes are a natural progression for the mom and dad warrior in you. You must be a member for three months and take a workshop to be cleared by an instructor before participating.

Learn the art of the Russian sport by swinging, snatching and cleaning your way through an intense 45 minute class.

Come rain, wind, snow, or White Walkers you’ll do a mix of running outside and strength-based exercises inside.

Fast-track your strength through Barbell Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Pull-Ups with maximal strength testing each quarter.

what else you should know…

All our classes run for approximately 45 minutes, except Yoga which is 60 minutes. We feel time should never dictate your training so it may be more or a little less depending on the program your trainer has for you that day.

Most of our classes suit individuals of all exercise experience and condition. If you…

  • Are a fitness novice

  • Have not worked out for at least 12 months

  • Have some niggling injuries

then we HIGHLY recommend you upgrade to our introductory Semi-Private or One-on-One Training introductory package. We don't want you to be left behind not knowing how to work our equipment, or feel like the weakest in class.

With all of our classes and personal training at The BOMB you get out what you put in. We keep refining our programs to deliver the best training we can, but it can only be as good as the effort you give. Put a 100% effort in during training and stay away from crappy foods and you'll likely succeed.
