Push-ups are one of the most fundamental yet challenging exercises to master. They work your chest, arms, shoulders, core & glutes, you can do them anywhere and the variations are endless.   But before you can impress your friends with your handstand push up skills, you need to master the basics.  In this workshop, you'll learn proper push-up positioning and form and receive a PERSONALIZED progression plan with the opportunity for a reassessment in a few months.

Whether you're looking to move past knee push-ups, ready for something more than a standard push-up or somewhere in between, this workshop is for you!
