Skills Workshop: Squat Form

Squats are a staple movement in just about every class at Bomb. A strong squat will work your quads, glutes, hamstrings and core. In this workshop, we will help you perfect your squat form and address common squat issues including knees driving over toes, heels lifted off the ground, wobbly knees and poor core engagement. Whether you’re a new member or one of our veterans, there will be plenty of helpful tips provided.

This workshop, with Kieran, is free to all unlimited and private training members.
