Skills Workshop: Hip Hinge & Glute Activation

Our latest Skills Workshop (free to unlimited members) concentrates on one of the most difficult, yet important, movement patterns - the hip hinge with glute activation. A hip hinge exercise that you'll know of is the deadlift or a kettlebell swing.

During this workshop we'll cover 5 steps to make this movement pattern a lot more effective in your training routine. You'll be able to engage your hamstrings and glutes much better on completion of this workshop and then be able to tackle the deadlift or hip thrusts in Get Strong or a Bootcamp much more effectively.
