Learn to Run

The program is a structured mix of jogging and walking, with the emphasis on more jogging as the weeks go on. You'll have the support of our marathon-running coach, Rachel, and your fellow runners. You’ll also get weekly tips to take away the frustration of motivating yourself to run on your own; because let's face it, running can be boring without friends - unless you're Forrest Gump.

The program begins on Wednesday, April 10th 2019 - @ 7pm from our Danforth location for 8 weeks. There will also be a bonus run on Sundays @ Noon at the Broadview location (starting April 14th). Early bird pricing is on now…
