Mindfulness is the practice of staying in the present moment—and accepting it without judgment. Studies have shown that mindfulness can improve well-being, physical and mental health and even the way you exercise.

In this workshop, Miguel, will teach you the principals and benefits of mindfulness as well as practice some simple techniques to help you apply mindfulness to your workouts. Free for unlimited members.
