This workshop concentrates on one of the most technical and important exercises we can do – the deadlift.

For added fun, participants will get a chance to work with barbells while learning to perfect this full-body exercise.

Whether you’re looking to improve your deadlift form in class or itching to get your hands on a barbell and lift heavy, this workshop is for you.

This is a barbell club workshop open to and free for all unlimited members. Come in usual gym attire, cos’ you’ll sweat! Coach: Kerry H
