For any unconditioned human, running is a great first step no matter what your fitness goals are. With Learn to Run, we'll get you running up to 30 minutes non-stop in just 8 weeks. Pretty neat, eh?
The program is a structured mix of running and walking, with the emphasis on more running as the weeks go on. You'll have the support of our marathon-running coach, Rachel, and your fellow runners. You’ll also get weekly tips to take away the frustration of motivating yourself to run on your own; because let's face it, running can be boring without friends - unless you're Forrest Gump.
A few of our Learn To Run graduates have completed multiple 5 km, 10 km, half marathon, and full marathon races.
The 8-week program begins on Wednesday, April 10th 2019 - @ 7pm from our Danforth location and Sunday, April 14th 2019 @ Noon from the Broadview location.
